Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensure smooth platform adoption, resolve queries, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Understand the KampHire platform and its features thoroughly.
Conduct onboarding, training, and support sessions with clients.
Resolve queries and ensure effective platform utilization.
Manage accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
Collect feedback, analyze client needs, and suggest product improvements.
Act as the link between clients and internal teams for enhancements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
