Are you a tech-savvy communicator with a passion for helping people? We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing IT team!If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in customer support (preferably in a tech environment), we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide first-level support for IT/software issues✔ Log and track tickets using CRM or helpdesk tools

What You’ll Need:
✔ 6 months to 1 year of customer support experience✔ Strong verbal and written communication✔ Ability to troubleshoot and multitask✔ Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing systems✔ Basic IT/software understanding is a plus
