Job Opening - Background Verification Client ServicingKey Responsibilities -Client Communication:Act as the main liaison between clients and the verification team.Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Provide updates on the status of background checks and resolve any issues that arise.Process Management:Manage the entire background verification process from initiation to completion.Ensure all verification requests are processed accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation.Quality Assurance:Review reports for accuracy and compliance with client specifications.Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of client interactions and background check results.Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting key findings and insights.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:1 -2 years of experience in client servicing in background verification industry.Strong understanding of background check processes and compliance regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
