Client Service Officer

We’re looking for a competent client servicing executive who can help us build and maintain strong client relationships at The Power Learning Centre.

The job will entail onboarding new clients, entering their data into the system and helping to adjust the calendar for their appointments.

Your main tasks:

• Onboard new clients and give them an overview of our services and offerings.
• Interact with clients to understand their evolving needs and suggest solutions.
• Present service proposals to clients.

Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Working knowledge of Marathi / Gujarati is a benefit.

As we are a Therapy Centre, we are on the lookout for someone patient and caring towards children and sensitive towards the difficulties faced by parents of special needs children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
