Client Service Head

Role Overview: As a Client Head at Infobia, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and inquiries. - Understanding clients" needs, goals, and challenges to deliver customized solutions that align with their objectives and promote business expansion. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations. - Monitoring account performance, analyzing data, and providing clients with regular reports and updates. - Identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services to clients. - Staying updated on industry trends, developments, and competitors to offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in client management, preferably within a digital marketing agency. - A proven track record of effectively managing and growing client accounts. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and web design. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
