Role Overview:

Client Servicing Executive

• End-to-End Campaign & Project Management:

  Own and manage the entire lifecycle of digital marketing projectsfrom client briefing to strategy development, execution, optimization, and final delivery. Ensure timely execution by coordinating with internal departments like media, creative, and tech.

Client Relationship Management:

Client Engagement & Retention:

• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling Digital Services:

  Identify opportunities within existing client accounts to pitch additional digital servicessuch as SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Performance Campaigns, or Social Media Managementbased on evolving business needs.

• Strategic Campaign Support:

  Assist in planning and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Provide data-backed suggestions to enhance ROAS, CTR, and overall campaign success.

• Interdepartmental Coordination:

  Collaborate closely with the performance, creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure the digital marketing deliverables are aligned with strategy, performance targets, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in

  client servicing within a digital marketing agency

  is mandatory
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc)
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
