Job Title: Client Service Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates to join our team as Client Service Executives who are able to handle all client inquiries, project management, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner (Freshers can also apply).

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
• Active listening to properly understand the demands of the clients.
• Dealing with International clients.
• Forwarding client’s projects to the Production team.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing regular updates to higher management.
• Handing over the projects to the respective clients after their completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate level degree in Business Management, will be preferred
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).

Key Skills:

• Exceptional command over English (Written and verbal both)
• Project Management
• Basic industry Knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 per month
