Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with team members to foster a collaborative environment, while also focusing on the financial aspects of service delivery to meet organizational targets. Your role will require you to monitor quality and efficiency, ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded through effective team management and strategic oversight. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with agile methodologies and project management. - Ability to analyze and interpret service delivery metrics effectively. - Familiarity with client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
