Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with team members to foster a collaborative environment, while also focusing on the financial aspects of service delivery to meet organizational targets. Your role will require you to monitor quality and efficiency, ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded through effective team management and strategic oversight.
