Job Description

Job Title : Client Support Executive .

A Client Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with the company’s services. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, maintaining ongoing communication, and supporting overall client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers.
  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions.
  • Process returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Update customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information about services and actionable along with deadlines.
  • Help Client know the progress on the jobs assigned.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Gather and document customer feedback for product or service improvements.
  • Share insights with management for process enhancement.
  • Sales Support (Optional):
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services, if applicable.
  • Assist with placing orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Client onboarding process
  • Payment follow up with the clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: :Graduation mandatory.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Multitasking and time management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Experience:

  • Preferred: 1-2 years in a similar customer-facing role.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in the local language and English is often required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
