Client Retention Manager

As an Insurance Broker at Unilight Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end renewals of non-EB Commercial lines. This includes handling tasks such as declaration management, endorsement requirements, and instalment management for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining a strong relationship with insurers to ensure smooth operations. - Conducting price and terms negotiations with insurers to secure the best deals. - Keeping a close eye on market developments related to products and pricing. - Ensuring operational efficiency by maintaining Turnaround Time (TAT) on deliveries and complying with regulatory data maintenance requirements. - Conducting portfolio reviews and engaging with clients effectively. Qualifications: - Any Graduate / Postgraduate degree. - Non-EB product knowledge, primarily focusing on property lines. - Previous experience in client servicing and/or underwriting would be advantageous. Required Skills: - Strong leadership abilities. - Proficient negotiation skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Organized and proactive approach to tasks. - Strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in client servicing and/or underwriting would be preferred.
