About the Role:

Client Relationship Officer (Inside Sales)

You’ll help guide students to the right academic programs, manage inquiries, and ensure an amazing experience from first contact to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into applications.
• Record customer data accurately in CRM systems.
• Gather feedback to improve our student journey.
• Support cross-selling of other education programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-service oriented.
• Prior experience in inside sales/B2C preferred (freshers welcome!).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
