Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns. Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal team, you will coordinate service delivery and resolve queries efficiently. Providing regular updates about the organization's services, enhancements, and offerings is a key aspect of this role. Collaboration with sales, support, and accounts teams is essential to enhance the overall client experience. Your role will also involve addressing client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate client records and transaction details will be part of your daily responsibilities.
