Client Relationship Manager (USIT Staffing)

As a US IT Staffing Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager, your role involves acquiring new clients and Tier-1 vendors for US IT Staffing while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with delivery/recruitment teams, and driving business growth through consistent client acquisition. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in finalizing contracts, agreements, and commercials with clients/vendors. It is essential to stay updated with US staffing trends, compliance, and visa-related guidelines to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and Tier-1 vendors for US IT Staffing. - Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. - Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closures. - Drive business growth and revenue through consistent client acquisition. - Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercials with clients/vendors. - Stay updated with US staffing trends, compliance, and visa-related guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-15 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development/Client Acquisition. - Strong network of direct client connects and Tier-1 vendor relationships. - Proven track record of revenue generation through client acquisition. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work in US time zones. - Self-starter with a high ownership and result-oriented mindset.
