About the Role

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients regarding shoots, portfolios, auditions, and styling services.
• Understand client requirements (shoot concepts, styling preferences, deadlines) and ensure timely delivery through coordination with internal teams.
  
• Build and maintain

  long-term professional relationships

  with clients, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate between clients, photographers, stylists, editors, and production teams for seamless project execution.
  
• Handle client queries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
  
• Maintain proper records of projects, contracts, and client communications.
  
• Upsell and cross-sell services like fashion shoots, editing packages, event coverage, etc.
  
• Assist in organizing events, brand campaigns, and auditions for clients.
  
• Collect client feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
  
• Prepare reports and updates for management on client engagement and project status.

• Achievement of Weekly & Monthly Targets as specified during the time of employment.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Business, Media, or related field.
  
• Prior experience in

  client servicing, media, fashion, or event industry

  preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
