Client Relationship Manager (Real Estate)

Job description

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, providing end-to-end assistance during the buying or leasing process, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties (residential or commercial).
• Coordinate property visits, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals effectively.
• Handle client communications, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of client interactions and property listings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client engagement and sales closures.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship, or real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Presentable and confident personality with good follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,340.17 - ₹51,947.32 per month
