Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Client Interaction & Relationship Management:


Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their real estate experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.


Customer Service:


Provide a high level of customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns in a timely manner.

Handle and resolve client complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive client experience.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Design, finance, operations) to ensure smooth transactions for clients.


Documentation & Reporting:


Maintain and update client records.

Ensure all documentation related to client transactions is accurate and complete.

Prepare reports on client interactions, and also share reports to the client.


Market Knowledge:


Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and industry developments.

Provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information about the real estate market.
