Client Relationship Manager- Mutual Fund & Insurance

Location- Noida, Sector-132

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and track client portfolios across mutual funds and insurance products, ensuring strong performance and alignment with client goals.
• Address client queries and resolve issues related to app usage, fund performance, and service concerns.
• Support clients with timely policy renewals, premium payments, and GST waiver processing.
• Collaborate with new AMCs and insurance providers to broaden product offerings.
• Drive business growth through existing client relationships and new client acquisitions.
• Oversee and process insurance claims (health, travel, and other categories) to ensure smooth and timely settlements.
• Prepare, analyze, and present portfolio performance reports in Excel, offering insights and recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
