This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure in marketing, CRM tools, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:1.Manage and maintain customer databases using CRM tools.2.Support marketing campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.3.Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth communication.4.Analyze customer data to improve engagement and retention.5.Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance.5.Contribute creative ideas to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:1.MBA in Marketing or related field (Freshers welcome).2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.3.Good personality, polished behavior, and professional presentation.4.Basic understanding of CRM or digital marketing tools.5.Analytical mindset and strong coordination skills.6.Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad).
