Client Relationship Manager in TPA

As a Manager in the CRM Department at Vidal, your role will involve managing and retaining top corporate clients for the region. You will be responsible for reporting on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers to the Leadership Team, taking proactive actions on issues before escalations, and ensuring fulfillment of SLAs for top stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee the timely submission of MIS reports to insurance companies and corporate entities. Building and maintaining relationships with the head offices of insurance companies and brokers is also a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include service fees collection if required, overseeing department functions such as Customer Care, Claims, Contact Center, and related functions, ensuring ISO requirements for customer care and grievance, and managing the P&L for the region by retaining clients. Team management and team building will be a crucial part of your role, involving regular interaction with the team, providing training, handling escalations, conducting periodic reviews, and sharing feedback with the team. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6-10 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in TPA or Health Insurance Industry. Personal attributes and competencies required include strong verbal, written, presentation, and persuasive skills for effective communication with senior management and external clients.
