Role Overview:

This position combines relationship management with business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship management
• Present and pitch BPA’s brand protection and anti-counterfeiting solutions to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, and enforcement) to deliver end-to-end service excellence
• Monitor client feedback, identify opportunities for service improvement, and support client retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and contract negotiations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B sales, account management, or business development
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  in English
• Proven ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with high-end or luxury brands will be considered an advantage
