Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the key point of contact for all client queries. Responsibilities :Ensure all client leads and orders are properly followed up. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent after-sales service. Collect and act upon client feedback regularly. Support clients from order placement till final payment. Resolve client queries and provide accurate information. Educate and support clients about company products and services. Act as the first point of contact for complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Understand client needs and provide effective solutions. Key Skills Required:Polite and professional disposition. Strong follow-up skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written) with colleagues and clients. Ability to analyze situations and act appropriately. Proactive and self-motivated attitude. Good knowledge of products/services. Availability to respond to client calls promptly.
