You will be joining a dynamic legal firm that focuses on legal compliance, corporate advisory, and risk mitigation, aiming to provide accessible and business-oriented legal support to businesses, startups, and corporates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and secure new B2B clients for legal services, including corporates, startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs. - Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard clients from various sectors. - Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates. - Collaborate with the legal team to customize and pitch legal service offerings based on client needs. - Manage the complete client relationship cycle, including lead generation, pitching, onboarding, follow-ups, and retention. - Represent the firm in corporate meetings, webinars, networking events, and industry forums both virtually and physically. - Maintain a CRM system for client outreach and pipeline management. - Report monthly performance and revenue metrics to track progress. **Key Skills & Requirements:** - Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in legal, consultancy, SaaS, or service-based industries. - Strong understanding of client acquisition and sales funnels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations professionally. - Interest in working on a revenue-sharing model. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
