Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic legal firm focused on providing legal compliance, corporate advisory, and risk mitigation services to businesses, startups, and corporates. The firm aims to offer accessible, reliable, and business-oriented legal support. As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive B2B client acquisition and manage client relationships effectively. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about generating leads, fostering long-term client partnerships, and creating new business opportunities for the legal firm. Your key duties will include identifying and securing new B2B clients, developing and implementing a sales strategy, nurturing existing client relationships, collaborating with the legal team to tailor service offerings, managing the end-to-end client relationship cycle, representing the firm in various corporate events, and maintaining a client outreach system. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in legal, consultancy, SaaS, or service-based industries. Strong knowledge of client acquisition, sales funnels, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and meet targets are essential. Experience or interest in revenue-sharing models and familiarity with legal industry services are advantageous.
