Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and communicative Client Relationship Executive to support our sales and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, introducing our web and app development services, and generating qualified leads through effective communication.

Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional rapport with clients are highly encouraged to apply. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients through outbound communication to introduce our services
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate service solutions
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns
• Clearly and confidently explain our web and app development services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database
• Address client queries and provide accurate, relevant information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic understanding of web and app development services
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and polite communication style
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
