About Kimti Kaagaz:

Kimti Kaagaz is a Mumbai-based investor service company that helps individuals and families recover, transfer, and dematerialize their physical share certificates. We bridge the gap between investors, registrars, and authorities like IEPF (MCA) — ensuring a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client documents, KYC forms, indemnity bonds, and affidavits.
• Maintain records of physical share certificates and track claim progress.
• Coordinate with RTAs, Companies, Depositories, and IEPF.
• Prepare and update case files, reports, and trackers.
• Interact with investors and their families to understand their cases.
• Explain processes related to dematerialization, transmission, and IEPF claims.
• Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Non Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Writing and Speaking.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
