Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client

Relationship Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two

years of experience who have a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering

exceptional service. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of

contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and issues are resolved.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify growth opportunities and propose suitable solutions or services.
  • Prepare and deliver client performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Actively seek and act on client feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better serve clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Operation, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software or willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior internship or work experience in client servicing or customer relationship roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
