About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle client communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients regarding orders, dispatch, and queries.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics, accounts) for seamless execution.
Address client issues /escalations promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain client data, interaction history, and reports.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and build long-term trust.

Candidate Requirements Gender:

Experience:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good in email drafting, WhatsApp communication & follow-ups.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate between different teams.
Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and client-first attitude.
