Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relations Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our organization and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help foster strong relationships, deliver exceptional customer support, and drive client satisfaction. Duties

  • Engage with clients through outbound calling to build rapport, understand their needs, and promote our services or solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate data entry records of client interactions, preferences, and transactions using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support client onboarding processes by guiding new clients through procedures and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, demonstrating trustworthiness and attention to detail.
  • Use strong communication skills and phone etiquette to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Analyze client feedback and interaction data to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual ability with fluency in Hindi & English
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively with good phone etiquette.
  • Experience in data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling procedures is desirable.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and client relationship management techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
