Job Summary
The Client Relations Executive will manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients for interior design projects (residential, commercial, or retail). The CRE will act as the key communication hub, ensuring client requirements are accurately understood, translated to the design team, and delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Category Requirement
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience1-3 years of proven experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or account management, preferably within the Interior Design, Real Estate, Furniture, or Luxury Retail industries. Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project timelines is a significant advantage.
Core Skills Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication (highly articulate). Strong Interpersonal Skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust. Conflict Resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Highly Organized and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
