Client Relations Associate
Location: Ernakulam, Trivandrum
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance)
Qualification: Any Degree

This role does not involve sales targets or high-pressure sales environments. We prioritize a client-focused and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries, grievances & ensure quick resolution.
• Support clients with Capital / Stock Market-related services.
• Execute Depository Settlements & Delivery Instruction Slips.
• Process Demat & Dematerialization requests accurately.
• Conduct client onboarding and KYC verification as per regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate clearly & maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure professionalism, compliance & confidentiality.

Requirements

• strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Capital / Stock Markets & investment products.
• Pleasant personality with a client-first, consultative approach.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Client Relationship Management.
