Client Relations Account Manager Senior

As the primary liaison, your role involves effective oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building relationships with client contacts, and managing the client loyalty process. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and overall client retention activities. Additionally, you will answer customer inquiries primarily over the telephone, e-mail, or facsimile. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources - Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues - Provide support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries - Identify additional opportunities to provide more products, services, or resources to customers - Participate in regularly scheduled status calls with clients to discuss important service topics and available service offerings - Manage and communicate expectations internally and externally - Educate clients on various FIS processes and procedures - Conduct business reviews to learn about clients" strategic direction and gain an understanding of FIS offerings - Recreate client issues in a test environment - Participate in the client loyalty process by encouraging clients to respond to survey information Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience - Good working knowledge of FIS systems and industries in which FIS competes - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools - Excellent customer service skills for internal and external clients - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Prior banking or finance-related experiences are a plus - Organizational and time management skills required About the Company: FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that is processed to provide services to clients.
