Job Description

As a Client Project Manager at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. Your role will involve interfacing with all project stakeholders to take projects from the original concept through to final implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations as a single point of contact to the client. You will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of projects within budget and on time, while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and directing concurrent standard or complex projects. - Engaging with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to implementation. - Documenting and managing risks and issues. - Ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders. - Providing pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions. - Identifying opportunities and influencing sales through business conversations with clients. To thrive in this role, you need to have: - Seasoned project management skills. - Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in high-pressure environments. - Strong business acumen and commercial skills. - Decisiveness with attention to detail. - Ability to promote project services to stakeholders and clients. - Competency in project change management and problem-solving. - Knowledge of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project. Academic qualifications and certifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. - Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP. - ITIL certification is beneficial. Required experience: - Project management experience in a multinational professional services environment. - Client engagement experience. - Understanding of the project life cycle. - Competency in project change management. - Experience managing expectations within business and financial constraints.
