As a Client Partner on the Unity Ads Demand team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with gaming advertisers in the INSEA region. Your primary goal will be to assist these advertisers in achieving their User Acquisition (UA) marketing objectives and optimizing their advertising performance. You will serve as the main point of contact for advertisers utilizing a range of solutions including Unity, IronSource, and Tapjoy/Offerwall. In this exciting role, ideal for someone in the early stages of their career with a passion for gaming, mobile advertising, strategy, and relationship-building, you will play a crucial role in managing client needs and contributing to Unity's regional growth targets in mobile monetization and performance UA advertising. Your key responsibilities will include managing and growing a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their primary contact to enhance campaign performance and meet revenue goals. You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity's UA solutions while addressing client needs and campaign challenges proactively. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, and Finance will be essential to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals. Additionally, you will prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), offering strategic insights and performance recommendations to clients. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with UA/campaign managers platforms, preferably Unity Ads, IronSource Ads, and/or Tapjoy. Your ability to work independently, handle responsibilities effectively, understand the INSEA business culture, and provide support or account management to regional clients will be crucial. A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales with measurable revenue success is highly desired. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Desirable qualities include the ability to manage multiple priorities, time effectively in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with the gaming industry, and its unique UA challenges and opportunities. A talent for identifying growth opportunities, creating impact beyond day-to-day tasks, and preparing reports and strategic insights for clients and leadership stakeholders will be advantageous.
