Role Overview: As a Medical Claims Processor at our Coimbatore, India location, you will be responsible for accurately processing medical claims transactions. You will strive to achieve productivity standards and adhere to customer-provided turnaround time requirements. It is essential to actively participate in all training activities, including Induction training, Client specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance. Your strong ability to understand the impact of the process on customer KPIs will be crucial to your success in this role.
