Client Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate

    new hire training

    on English grammar fundamentals, voice, and accent.
  • Prepare recurring training reports for the respective training manager.
  • Assist the recruitment team in

    screening candidates

    for voice and accent proficiency.
  • Audit frontline agents calls

    , record scores and observations on the call monitoring form.
  • Provide feedback and

    coach the client partners

    to improve their call handling, voice, and accent.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement and evaluate

    communication skills, soft skills

    , and call handling training programs.
  • Listen to calls on the operations floor and conduct

    on-the-floor interventions

    through coaching and feedback models.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent

    facilitation and presentation skills

  • Ability to maintain data and

    MIS (Management Information System)

    as per training requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of

    English grammar, pronunciation, and accent usage

  • Willingness to work in a

    night shift
