We are looking for enthusiastic Mass Communication students who are passionate about communication, client engagement, and professional relationship-building. This internship offers hands-on experience working with clients, assisting in outreach activities, and supporting communication strategies.

It’s an excellent opportunity for students who want to gain real-world exposure in communication, PR, and client handling while developing their interpersonal and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Support daily client communication and maintain positive relationships
• Prepare and share client communication materials (emails, messages, briefs, summaries, etc.)
• Maintain and update client databases and communication logs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client inquiries
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication updates
• Participate in brainstorming sessions related to communication strategies
• Help manage communication calendars and reminders for outreach activities

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Confidence in phone and email communication
• Basic understanding of communication/PR concepts
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus
