Client Manager - Digital Marketing

At Bunjy, as a Client Manager, you will be pivotal in developing marketing strategy for client’s business growth, fostering strong client relationships, managing project execution, and driving strategic initiatives. You will serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring that client goals are met and business objectives are successfully achieved. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategy, market dynamics, project management, and the ability to craft and execute effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Ideation:

• Develop integrated marketing strategy including Social media, SEO, ABM, email marketing, influencer marketing campaigns, aligned with client objectives

Project/Account Management:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initiation through to completion.
• Review and approve presentations, reports, and creative assets for quality and accuracy.
• Leverage technology to optimise client experiences and streamline project processes.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs and expectations effectively.
• Ensure client satisfaction, revenue growth, and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' of proven success in client management
• Strong presentation and communication skills
