As a PG/ MBA candidate with a background in packaging and 0-1 years of experience, you have the opportunity to actively contribute towards the Growth & Development of the company. **Role Overview:** You will be primarily responsible for Order Management, Recurring Order, Customer Interaction, Recurring Order Presentation, and Customer Recurring Order Strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Presenting recurring order strategy to existing customers. - Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with existing customers for recurring orders. - Assisting existing customers in planning the recurring order quantity, frequency, and time. - Addressing customer queries related to the products and providing appropriate guidance. - Managing and handling the existing customers" recurring order flow. - Collaborating with the corporate sales team for bulk and corporate orders. - Working with the operation and product team for recurring order fulfillment. **Qualifications Required:** - PG/ MBA with a background in packaging. - 0-1 years of relevant experience. - Ability to handle pressure and work independently. - Effective communicator with excellent oral and written skills. - Collaborative and flexible working style. - Hands-on experience with MS Excel. - Good listener with convincing and negotiation skills.,
