Job Responsibilities: Presenting recurring order strategy to existing customer.Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with existing customer for recurring orders.Helping existing customer to plan the recurring order quantity, frequency and time.Solving customer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately.Manage and handle the existing customers recurring order flow.Work with corporate sales team for bulk and corporate order.Working with operation and product team for recurring order fulfillment.Other Competencies: Ability to handle pressure and can work independently.Effective communicator and possess excellent oral and written skills.Collaborative and flexible working style.Hands on experience with MS Excel.Should be good listener, have convincing and negotiation skill.
