About the role

Own client relationships end-to-end for a fast-moving digital/AI marketing agency . You’ll be the single point of contact—turning goals into clear plans, coordinating delivery, and driving measurable outcomes (ROI, retention, and expansion).

• Own accounts:

   Run onboarding, weekly/bi-weekly check-ins and reviews

• Translate goals → plans:

   Convert briefs into deliverables, timelines, and SLAs;

• Measure & report:

   Build simple dashboards (GA4/Looker/Sheets) and narrate insights, not just numbers.

• Drive outcomes:

   Ensure lead quality, CPL/CPA, SEO growth, and revenue targets; escalate blockers fast.

• Retain & expand:

   Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities; craft proposals, get approvals, and coordinate POs/invoices.

• Client advocacy:

   Collect feedback, manage expectations, and keep comms clear across creative, media, SEO, and AI/automation pods.

• Exceptional 

  communication & presentation

   skills; crisp writing and meeting control.

• Structured thinking

  , prioritization, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
• Comfortable reading performance data (GA4, Ads, CRM) and turning it into actions.

• Stakeholder management
