Job Description

Job Purpose: This role is to gather and analyze data to provide valuable insights that will guide our market growth strategy. The Analyst will conduct thorough market research and demand-supply analysis, ensuring responsible decision-making. The findings will enable the team to identify and secure relevant real estate opportunities suitable for residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, assess market trends, and understand consumer needs.
Track residential sector on a continuous basis and provide regular updates w.r.t new/upcoming launches, price movements, schemes and offers in key markets.
Gather and analyze data on supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and competition, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Develop market forecasts and projections to support decision-making processes.
Identify emerging market opportunities and assess risks and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate market research findings into strategic planning and product development initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and socio-economic factors that may impact the real estate market.
Present research findings and recommendations to the team and management, supporting them with clear and concise reports and presentations.
Continuously enhance research methodologies and data collection techniques.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and innovative research tools and techniques.
Should be willing to do primary research within Mumbai as per the requirements raised by the Client.

Qualifications & Skills:

Post Graduate
Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for design detail.
Strong Communication and Analytical Skills.
