Client Delivery Manager - BASIS

As a Client Delivery Manager at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), you will play a crucial role in ensuring full delivery accountability and customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main customer-facing representative of SAP ECS organization. - Providing cloud hosted infrastructure, technical, and application managed services to SAP private cloud customers. - Ensuring full delivery accountability of the engagement and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
