·       Basic understanding of equity markets with NISM Level 1 & 2 RIA certification.

Savart’s products, services, and client journey

·       Ensure individual excellence by owning high-value client relationships, solving queries, and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.

Handle day-to-day escalations

·       Work cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Operations teams to resolve client issues and gather feedback for improvements.

·       Drive a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.


Nice to Have:

·       Exposure to high-growth startup environments.

·       Comfort with multilingual communication (Telugu, Hindi, etc. can be a plus).
