Client Coordinator

As a Client Coordinator at Teleradiology Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent client satisfaction by handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client needs, and providing accurate and prompt support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clear communication, relaying relevant information to clients and internal teams, and ensuring adherence to company and hospital policies during interactions. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries, efficiently handle a high volume of calls, prioritize issues, and escalate when necessary. Additionally, you will troubleshoot basic IT issues, multitask, manage internal software platforms, and respond to emails when needed. Key Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening skills and empathy for clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to work weekends and in different shifts. - A background in home science is a plus. - Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office. - 1-10 years of international voice process experience is advantageous. - Knowledge of customer service best practices. - High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
