As a Client Coordinator at our company, your role involves the following key responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: - You will be responsible for MIS comprehension and enhancing existing scopes volumes/new scopes. - Building rapport with point of contact and participating in conference calls will be a crucial part of your job. - Documenting historical client behavior and maintaining SLAs are important tasks that you will handle. - Ensuring client satisfaction at the delivery level and sustaining business compliance will be part of your daily responsibilities. - Professionally handling customer complaints and preserving the existing book of business are key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client coordination. - High energy levels, drive, and resilience will help you succeed in this role. - Good computer knowledge, skillful internet usage, and demonstrable skills are required. - Intelligent with good logical reasoning skills to solve complex problems. - Ability to work under constant pressure and maintain professionalism. - Smart, hardworking, ambitious, and adaptable to new challenges. - Explore and identify new lines of business from existing clients. Qualifications Required: - Education: UG in any specialization. - Experience: 0-1 year. - Full-time position.
