Client Coordinator

As a detail-oriented and client-focused Event Coordinator, your role will involve managing multiple events from concept to execution. You will be responsible for contacting clients and addressing their event needs from the initial stages to post-event follow-up, ensuring a smooth and successful event. Your passion for creating memorable events and providing exceptional client service will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and invoicing - Generate new business and prospect for potential clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders - Coordinate venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event services - Utilize excellent communication skills, tele-sales abilities, time management, and teamwork to ensure successful events Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in event coordination or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a fixed shift schedule, and performance bonuses.
