Client Coordination Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Coordination Intern to handle the daily operations. This role is non-IT and involves managing leads, verifying details, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify, organize, and share leads with the group.
• Communicate important updates, reminders, and announcements.
• Respond to client queries related to leads and payments.
• Track and confirm payments before delivering leads.
• Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in the group.
• Share holiday or non-working day updates with members.
• Support the team in basic coordination and reporting tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp / social group management.
• Responsible and detail-oriented attitude.
