Client Coordination Intern

Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site)

Experience: Freshers (Internship)

Schedule: 5.5 days /week (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Responsibilities & duties:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle their queries professionally.

• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding company services, compliance processes, and project updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Conduct customer research

• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s services to facilitate the business process

Attributes required:

● Good English communication (verbal and written)

● Experience with research and maintaining databases

● Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

● Strong project and time management skills

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
