Job Title: Telecaller – Lead Verification (Part-Time)

Location: Khamla, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Job Type: Part-time
Stipend: Rs. 3,000 – Rs. 4,000 per month
Working Hours: 4 hours/day, 6 days a week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and polite Telecaller to verify incoming leads through phone calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confirming customer interest and collecting or verifying basic information from potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to verify leads generated through digital or offline campaigns
• Confirm customer details such as name, contact information, and interest level
• Mark verified, invalid, or duplicate leads in the database
• Maintain records of calls and responses in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for follow-ups if needed

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Friendly and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
• Freshers can also apply

What We Offer:

• Fixed monthly stipend: Rs.3,000 – Rs.4,000
